収集できなかった場合の結果

保守情報の収集に失敗した場合は、例えばSolaris版では、以下のように表示されます。

画面に表示された結果は、以下のログファイルにも同じ内容を記述しています。

情報格納先ディレクトリ/OperationManager/世代番号/swcolinf.log

対処方法

出力結果に表示された各機能のファイルを、機能別の格納先へ、手動でコピーしてください。

採取できなかった機能名は、[]で囲まれます。ファイルは、その下に表示されます。
