For Express, the following information is specified as an administrator and its contact address to inform to when any trouble occurs in a storage system.

Be sure to specify contact information for system administrator when installing or using Express.
You can enter the contact information for business administrator and hardware administrator as you choose when installing or using Express.
When receiving a notification email about trouble occurrence or when sending by email the information collected in "How to collect trouble information", specify the contact information for each administrator.
