Refer to the OS manual that is applicable to the old version, and uninstall it.
Non-cluster operation

Take care to not use the procedures indicated under "Deletion of all Storage Servers".
[For Windows edition]
For AdvancedCopy Manager 13.1 or later
Perform the uninstall using the procedures in the "ETERNUS SF AdvancedCopy Manager Installation Guide" under "Agent uninstallation", "For the Windows edition". Perform only the procedures in "Uninstallation" and subsequent procedures.
For AdvancedCopy Manager 13.0 or earlier
Perform the uninstall using the procedures in the "ETERNUS SF AdvancedCopy Manager Installation Guide" under "Details of Agent of AdvancedCopy Manager uninstallation". Perform only the procedures in "Deleting applications or programs" and subsequent procedures.
[For Solaris, Linux, HP-UX and AIX editions]
For AdvancedCopy Manager 13.1 or later
Perform the uninstall using the procedures in the "ETERNUS SF AdvancedCopy Manager Installation Guide" under "Agent Uninstallation", "For Solaris, Linux, HP-UX and AIX editions". Perform only the procedures in "Daemon deactivation" and subsequent procedures.
For AdvancedCopy Manager 13.0 or earlier
Perform the uninstall using the procedures in the "ETERNUS SF AdvancedCopy Manager Installation Guide" under "Storage server uninstallation". Perform only the procedures in "Daemon deactivation" and subsequent procedures.
Cluster operation
If cluster operations are used for Storage Servers as Storage Server transactions, cluster settings need to be removed before the uninstallation process.
Refer to the appropriate version of the "ETERNUS SF AdvancedCopy Manager Operator's Guide for Cluster Environment" under "Deleting Storage Management Server transactions and Storage Server transactions" for information concerning these procedures.
