7.3.1 Stopping agent

  1. Logon to Windows operating system to uninstall Agent.

    Please logon with the OS administrator (Administrator) of the terminal.

  2. Open "Services" window, and select ETERNUS SF Storage Cruiser Agent to stop services.

    The method to open "Services" window is as follows.

    OS

    Method to open "Services" window

    Windows 2000

    [Start] - [Settings] - [Control Panel] - [Administrative Tools] - [Services]

    Windows Server 2003
    Windows Server 2008

    • When "Start menu" is used:

      [Start] - [Control Panel] - [Administrative Tools] - [Services]

    • When "Classic Start menu" is used:

      [Start] - [Settings] - [Control Panel] - [Administrative Tools] - [Services]
