［意味］
　Interstage シングル・サインオンの認証サーバの運用で必要なメモリ領域の獲得に失敗しました。

［ユーザの対処］

• 不要なプログラムを終了させてください。
• Interstageシングル・サインオンの運用で必要なメモリ容量が確保されているかを確認してください。
  必要なメモリ容量については以下のマニュアルを参照してください。
