［意味］

• Interstage シングル・サインオンのリポジトリサーバの保守ログ採取の初期化に失敗しました。なお、当メッセージは起動時に複数回出力されることがあります。

• 共用メモリもしくは、セマフォが不足しています。

［ユーザの対処］
　不要なプログラムを終了させてください。または、Interstage シングル・サインオンの運用で必要なメモリ容量が確保されているかを確認してください。必要なメモリ容量については以下のマニュアルを参照してください。
