Systemwalker Desktop Patrol allows companies to build an organizational tree tailored to their organizational structure, making it easier to manage every increase ease of management of assets and manage each asset.
The organization tree is built when creating the master management information. For information on this topic, please refer to "Systemwalker Desktop Patrol Operation Guide: for Administrators".
The organization tree can be formed from the following units.
Specified when managing at location units such as workplaces. Once specified, it is set by the highest-order unit.
Specify the affiliated section to which a "user" belongs. If the software used varies with departments, specifying the department allows efficient management of licenses.
Multiple structures can be specified for a section (For example, a Personnel Section under the General Affairs Department).
The user of a PC. You can assign a PC to one person. You can also assign multiple PCs to the same user.
