3.3.2 Deterring Execution of Disabled Application

When an application that is not necessary for a task is started to deter its use, the application user is alerted. Also, start-up of the relevant application can be deterred.

However, the command (note) execution on command prompt window cannot be deterred.

Note: cmd.exe, Batch file etc.

Execution of disabled application cannot be deterred in PCs with Windows Server(R) 2003 x64 Edition.
