1.1 Basic Configuration

This section describes the basic Shunsaku system configuration:

• Systems Operating with Searchers on Separate Servers

  The conductor, director, and sorter are allocated to the director server, and the searchers are allocated to and operate on the search server.

The following figure shows the system configuration.
