7.6.5 Kernel messages

The kernel messages related to the quota function have message numbers in a range of 0083 to 0088. For information on the kernel messages, refer to Appendix A "Kernel Messages."

The quota related messages are displayed on the terminal of the relevant user. The messages are not displayed on the console. The messages, however, are stored in /var/adm/messages.
