| 第1章 インストール |
本製品は、上書きインストールをサポートしています。
上書きインストールは以下の3つの形態があります。
−バージョンアップ
−エディションアップ
−コンポーネントの追加、削除
上書きインストール後は環境資源が引き継がれるため、環境の再作成を行うことなく運用することができます。ただし、運用形態を変更する場合は、環境の再作成を行ってください。また、追加した機能については、設定する必要があります。
上書きインストールについては、Solaris版Interstage Application Serverのクライントの場合、Solaris版Interstage Application Serverのクライントに対してのみ可能です。別OS用のクライアントについて上書きインストールしないでください。
また、Windows版Interstage Application Serverのクライントの場合はWindows版Interstage Application Serverのクライントに対してのみ可能です。別OS用のクライアントについて上書きインストールしないでください。
そして、Linux版Interstage Application Serverのクライントの場合はLinux版Interstage Application Serverのクライントに対してのみ可能です。別OS用のクライアントについて上書きインストールしないでください。

Linuxの上書きインストールを行うと前バージョンでインストールされていたInfoDirectory管理ツールクライアントは削除されます。
