5.1.9 PW007FL2U hot expansion

When you connect PW007FL2U to PCI card PW008SC3/PW0G8SC1 and do hot expansion of them by DR operation, it is necessary to describe a setting to /platform/sun4us/kernel/drv/fjulsa.conf file and reboot a system in advance.
