9.2.4.3 Umount

For details about sfcumount(8),see "sfcumount(8)" in this manual.

Umounting must be performed as shown below:

• When the mount point is to be specified:

# sfcumount /mnt/fs1
Mount point: /mnt/fs1

• When a representative partition is to be specified:

# sfcumount /dev/sfdsk/gfs/dsk/volume1
Representative partition: /dev/sfdsk/gfs/dsk/volume1

You must use sfcumount(8) to unmount a GFS Shared File System.
