9.2.4 mount/umount/all nodes (u)mount
Use the sfcmount(8) and sfcumount(8) commands to mount or unmount the GFS Shared File System. Also, use sfcmntgl(8) and sfcumntgl(8) to mount or unmount all nodes. These commands can be executed from any node on which the GFS Shared File System can be used. The mounting (any or all nodes)results in that sfcfsd and MDS are activated while the unmounting (any or all nodes) causes that sfcfsd and MDS are terminated.

If no entry is described in /etc/fstab, mounting will be disabled. Also, no mount option can be specified with the mount command. The contents of the mount options field in /etc/fstab at the execution of the mount command are used as the mount options.
You must use sfcumount(8) to unmount a GFS Shared File System.
