B.2 Troubleshooting information collection
In the event of a failure, collect the following material for investigation, and contact local Customer Support.
Investigation information for Web-Based Admin View
- Execute wvCntl to collect investigation information on all management servers and monitoring nodes.
- Collect the Java Console on the clients.
- Collect screen hard copies on the clients.
- If the PRIMECLUSTER is installed, collect the investigation information. Refer to "PRIMECLUSTER Cluster Foundation Configuration and Administration Guide".
