An internal error occurred.
System Response
The system temporarily stops processing the wizard.
System Administrator Corrective Action
The available disk capacity may be insufficient. If it is insufficient, after securing enough space, re-execute the operation.
If you still have a problem, collect the information required for troubleshooting and contact Fujitsu Technical Support.
A database reference error has occurred.
Explanation
A database reference error has occurred.
System Response
The system temporarily stops processing the wizard.
System Administrator Corrective Action
It is possible that the resource needed for operations has been deleted or modified.
Using the Operation History screen, check whether the operations for the same resource were conflicted. Re-execute the operation after checking it.
In the case of cluster operations, such an environment variable as SWSTGNODE where environment variables are set to the whole system may be registered. Do not register SWSTGNODE where environment variables are set to the whole system.
If this message is output on the page of the scheduler task creation wizard, cancel the wizard and check on the Operation History screen whether the server that the schedule is created has been deleted. If you find the information that a server was deleted by another user on the Operation History screen, after registering the server, re-execute the scheduler task creation wizard.
If you still have a problem, collect the information required for troubleshooting and contact Fujitsu Technical Support.

System Response
The system temporarily stops processing the wizard or terminates processing
System Administrator Corrective Action
Perform the following troubleshooting actions:
Check whether the installed AdvancedCopy Manager's agent and Storage Cruiser's agent are Version 16.1 or later. When the agents are Version 16.0 or earlier, refer to the Migration Guide to upgrade to Version 16.1 or later. Then, re-execute the wizard.
Execute the "stgxfwcmdispsrv" command to check the version of AdvancedCopy Manager's agent.
Check the version of Storage Cruiser's agent by the method mentioned in "Checking Product Version in Windows Operating System" in the Storage Cruiser Operation Guide.
If the Managed Server is a VM guest, check whether it is registered with the IP address of Management LAN.
If it is not registered, delete the server as to the VM guest and then refer to "Operating Environment" in "Scheduler" in the AdvancedCopy Manager Operation Guide (for Windows) to change the server registration and the server information. Then, re-execute the wizard.
Check whether the communication daemon or communication service of the Managed Server and Management Server is running. If not, start it.
In addition, refer to the AdvancedCopy Manager Operation Guide (for Windows) to start the services of the AdvancedCopy Manager's agent and the Storage Cruiser's agent, and continue the wizard operation or restart the schedule operation.
Check whether the port numbers for the Managed Server and the Management Server are correct.
If not, cancel the wizard and re-install ETERNUS SF Manager or Storage Cruiser's agent, then change the port numbers, and re-execute the wizard.
Refer to the following chapters in the Installation and Setup Guide for information on which port numbers are required for communication with the Managed Server and the Management Server:
"Port Number Setting" in "Setup of Storage Cruiser's Agent" in the chapter "Setup of ETERNUS SF Agent"
"Communications service 2" in the chapter "Installation of ETERNUS SF Manager"
Check whether the port numbers of the Managed Server and the Management Server have been filtered using, for example, a firewall.
If they have, cancel the wizard and clear the port filtering, and re-execute the wizard.
Check whether the Managed Server IP address has been changed.
If it has, cancel the wizard and perform the procedures described in "Changing IP Address of Managed Server" in the AdvancedCopy Manager Operation Guide. Then, re-execute the wizard.
There is the possibility that the Management Server and/or Managed Server are in a state of being subject to high loads. If these servers are in a state of being subject to high loads, remove the reason of the high loads on the servers. Then, re-execute the wizard.
If Managed Servers are operated in a cluster environment, check whether the service has been switched to a standby server from an active server while the wizard is used. If the service has been switched to the standby server, resolve any problems and re-execute the wizard.
If you still have a problem, collect the information required for troubleshooting as described in the following and contact Fujitsu Technical Support.
Collect the information required for troubleshooting on the server running the ETERNUS SF Manager connected with the wizard (the Management Server).
Refer to "Information for Further Investigation" in the Storage Cruiser Operation Guide for information on collecting the information required for troubleshooting.
