The execution environment differs for direct startup and startup from Systemwalker Operation Manager as follows:

Jobs are executed using the rights of the project owner if the Execute jobs under the respective job owner's authority check box is selected in the Options tab of the Define Operating Information window.
However, jobs are executed using the rights of the specified user if Effective user name is specified in the Detail information tab of the Add/Change - Job window (can be specified on V10.0L20 or later).
Jobs are executed in the specified directory if Before job execution, change to directory specified at job registration is specified in the Backward compatibility tab of the Define Operating Information window and Directory is specified in the Add - Job window.
