Points to check
In Internet Explorer, under Internet Options > Security, is the security level of the zone set to High?
Cause
If the security level for the zone is set to High, the above error may display because the authentication information is not properly passed to the web server.
Action method
You might be able to avoid this problem by setting the security level of the zone to Medium High or lower, for example, by registering the URL to which the web console connects to Trusted Sites.
