Before restoration, the swstcancelsync command must be executed to release all EC sessions that are set on the transaction volume. To check EC sessions set on the transaction volume, execute the swstsyncstat command.
To restore data from a backup volume, execute the swstrestore command.
To cancel restoration or to delete management information associated with restoration that ended abnormally, execute the swstcancelrest command.
Note
Restoration is not possible if the transaction volume has a backup volume being copied by EC, a backup volume under the equivalency maintenance status, or a suspended backup volume.
A suspended backup volume cannot be used as the restore destination volume.
