No.	Error Message	Explanation and Action Plan
1	HBA Storage Affinity that is out of support on SSC is configured. Please inspect Host's configuration.	Storage affinity of the server node that is not supported by this software is configured. Check the configuration definition of the server node.
2	Switch Zoning(a pair of WWPNs, HBA and Storage(or Bridge) FcPort) does not exist.	One of the following events has occurred. After checking the corresponding event, take appropriate action: Switch zoning has not been set for the access path. Check the zoning setting of the Fibre Channel switch. No physical paths exists for configuring the access path. If only the host affinity or the zoning settings have been configured in an environment without a physical path, delete this setting. For environments with physical paths, it is possible that the connection point is wrong. Check whether the connection destination of the physical path is correct. The password of the FC switch is different from the one specified for Storage Cruiser. Refer to "Reset FC Switch Password" in the Web Console Guide to update the FC switch password.
3	Configured Storage FC Port's Host Affinity is incorrect. Please inspect Storage FC Port's Host Affinity.	Host affinity of the configured storage is incorrect. Check the host affinity setting of the storage device.
4	There is no connection of HBA and Switch. Please inspect HBA, FC cable, and Switch.	The HBA is not connected to the Fibre Channel switch. Check the HBA, FC cable, and Fibre Channel switch.
5	There is no connection of Storage(or Bridge) FC Port and Switch. Please inspect Storage(or Bridge) FC Port, FC cable, and Switch.	The storage (bridge) FC port is not connected to the Fibre Channel switch. Check the storage (bridge) FC port, FC cable, and Fibre Channel switch.
6	Switches(connected with HBA, and connected with Storage(or Bridge) FC Port) are not cascaded.	The following are not cascaded: Fibre Channel switch connected to the host adapter and Fibre Channel switch whose FC port is connected to storage (bridge). Check the connection status of the Fibre Channel switch.
7	Storage(or Bridge) FC Port is degraded or error status.	The status of the storage (bridge) FC port is abnormal. Check the FC port status, and perform the replacement of part and the recovery processing.
8	Host Agent reports Access Path Status is degraded.	Agent on a server node reports that operation of an access path is degraded. In addition to, when the path offline operation is performed from ETERNUS Multipath Driver or ETERNUS Disk storage system, this message is output. If you have not performed the offline operation, check the status and the connection status of HBA, the Fibre Channel switch, and the FC port.
9	A connection of HBA and Switch exists. But, Switch Zoning(a pair of WWPNs, HBA and Storage(or Bridge) Fc Port) is set in another Switch (Key Domain IP Address ="+'ipAddressList'+").	The connection between the HBA and Fibre Channel switch was established, but the zoning set for an access path of the Fibre Channel switch is also set for another Fibre Channel switch (IP Address of Key Domain list). Check the zoning setting of the Fibre Channel switch.
10	Storage(or Bridge) FC Port's observe status is not normal.	The registration status of the storage (bridge) FC port is abnormal. Check the communication status of the storage (bridge).
11	There is no connection of FC Port and Switch. Please inspect FC Port, FC cable, and Switch.	The FC port is not connected to the Fibre Channel switch. Check the FC port, FC cable, and Fibre Channel switch.
12	Switches(connected with FC Port) are not cascaded.	The Fibre Channel switches whose FC ports are connected are not cascaded. Check the connection status of the Fibre Channel switch.
13	The Access Path Status is unknown.	Click on the menu area to update the access path status. When the status is not changed, the access path status cannot be acquired by either the following: The server has been not registered. The server is a manually embedded server in which the Storage Cruiser's agent is not installed. When it is necessary to display the access path status, install the Storage Cruiser's agent in the server and register the server in the Management Server. If the password for the FC switch is different from that specified for Storage Cruiser, refer to "Reset FC Switch Password" in the Web Console Guide to reset the FC switch password.
