4.2.1 eSpec

eSpecタグは、XMLデータ仕様記述のルート要素となります。

アトリビュート: eSpecタグはアトリビュートを持ちません。

コンテント: eSpecタグはコンテントに1個のconfigタグと0個以上のspecificationタグを記述します。
