Export the initial investigation information by using Web Console.
If the export fails or Web Console cannot be used, collect the information as follows. Submit the information to Fujitsu Technical Support.
Point
In cluster configurations, collect information on both the primary and secondary nodes of the Management Server.
Make a note of the error code (swsagXXXX), if an error dialog box is displayed.
Login to the Management Server.
Perform the operation with OS administrator permissions (root) after login.
Execute the esfsnap command.
# /opt/FJSVesfcm/bin/esfsnap -dir directory
Specify the directory to save the information with -dir option (The -dir option cannot be omitted).
