PURPOSE
In Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or later environments, this file is used to add a local IP address after the SNMP Trap transfer program is started. Here, "local IP address" refers to an IP address defined for internal communication within the SNMP Trap transfer program. For example, an internally defined logical IP address for a clustered server.

Local_IP_Address
Describe one local IP address per line in IPv4 format.
The number of local IP addresses describable to a file is up to five.
What is described from "//" to line end is regarded as a comment.

Do not use multibyte characters.
