27.1.2 Setting the Network Takeover

PRIMECLUSTER provides a network takeover method using a secondary IP address change for network takeover in cluster systems on public clouds.

The network takeover method using a secondary IP address change achieves network takeover by Using the Azure CLI to change secondary IP address. In the event of a cluster node error, PRIMECLUSTER automatically secondary IP address change and switches to the standby system to take over the IP address.

Clients can be deployed inside or outside the VNet.

If the client is deployed inside the VNet, access from public sites (clients outside the VNet) will be blocked, and the cluster system will be secure.

If you want to access using VPN, create a VPN gateway in addition to the above.

When accessing from another Vnet, configure peering to enable communication between Vnets.
