The method for collecting information is as follows. Submit the information to Fujitsu Technical Support.
Login to the server node where you perform the operation.
Perform the operation with OS administrator permissions (root) after login.
Execute the agentsnap command.
# /opt/FJSVssage/sys/agentsnap [-dir directory] -all
It is possible to change a directory to save the information by specifying -dir option. If the option is omitted, information is saved in /tmp.
