The procedure to collect the troubleshooting information is as follows:
On the global navigation tab, click System.
On the Category pane, click Trouble Shootings.
On the Action pane, click the operation to perform.
Selectable operations are as follows.
Operation | Explanation |

Download(Initial) | This function collects the information needed for the initial investigation. |
Download(All) | This function collects the detailed troubleshooting data. |
Note
While the collection of the troubleshooting data is in progress, other processes may be kept waiting.
Therefore, do not execute other operations during the collection of troubleshooting data.
