The procedure to export the login and logout logs is as follows:
On the global navigation tab, click Log.
On the Category pane, click Login/Logout History.
On the Action pane, click Download under Login/Logout History.
The File Download dialog box is displayed.
Click Save.
The Save As dialog box is displayed.
Click Save, specifying the location to save the login and logout logs.
Note
Even if Filter setting is enabled on Web Console, all data is exported.
Logs are exported as zip-compressed CSV file.
The character code of the CSV format file is UTF-8. It is necessary to specify the character code depending on the application which opens the file.
