The procedure to delete the registered server is as follows:
On the global navigation tab, click Server.
The registered servers are displayed on the Main pane.
On the Main pane, check the target server checkbox.
On the Action pane, click Delete under Server.
The information confirmation screen is displayed.
Confirm the information, and then click Delete.
Note
If there are access paths connected with the server to be deleted
To continue server operations even after excluding the server as a management target of this product, do not delete the access paths that are connected to the server.
To stop server operations such as by physically removing the server, delete all the access paths connected to the server and then delete the server.
If the server is registered as the Hyper-V host
Before deleting the server, delete the registration as the Hyper-V host.
If you delete the VMware host
After deleting all VMware guests that belong to the target VMware host, delete the VMware host.
