The procedure of server registration/reloading of the Hyper-V host is as follows:
On the global navigation tab, click Storage.
The registered ETERNUS Disk storage systems are displayed on the Main pane.
On the Main pane, click the target ETERNUS Disk storage system.
On the Category pane, click Correlation.
The items of the Category pane change into the items concerning the correlation management.
On the Category pane, click End to End View (Hyper-V).
On the Main pane, check the target server checkbox to register as a Hyper-V host.
On the Action pane, click Register/Reload under Hyper-V Host.
The information input screen is displayed.
Enter the necessary information, and then click Confirm.
Point
To register the server as a Hyper-V host, it is required that the server has already been registered in this product.
Refer to "11.1.1 Register Server" for the server registration method.
The Hyper-V configuration information is not automatically updated. If you have changed the configuration information, perform the above procedure to reload the Hyper-V host configuration information.
For a multipath configuration, the End to End list for Hyper-V displays only one path.
When the Hyper-V host information is reloaded on a multipath configuration, the using path information is displayed.
If initiator IP address is not set to the iSCSI initiator when connecting it, the correlation management of Hyper-V is not supported.
