The device status is a comprehensively evaluated status of devices that are managed by the ETERNUS SF system.
For every device that are managed by the ETERNUS SF system, Dashboard displays a list of its status on the Device Status panel.
The procedure to display the Device Status panel is as follows:
Click Add in the Menu area of Dashboard.
A menu to add a panel is displayed.
Click Status in the menu.
The Device Status panel is added to the Panel area.
Point
For devices that support automatic updates of the device component status, this product acquires the device component status automatically from the device. For this reason, the latest status is automatically displayed in the Device Status panel that has been added in Dashboard once. For devices that support automatic updates of the device component status, refer to "Monitoring Device Component Status" in the Storage Cruiser Operation Guide.
