Web Console needs cookies to be enabled in the web browser.
For Internet Explorer
Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
The Internet Options dialog box is displayed.
On the Privacy tab, click Advanced.
The Advanced Privacy Settings dialog box is displayed.
Check Accept in the First-party Cookies.
For Microsoft Edge
Click '...' icon on the top-right of screen.
The Setting menu is displayed.
Click in order of Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data.
The Cookies and site data panel is displayed.
Set the option Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended) to On.
For Firefox
Click the Tools menu.
The Setting menu is displayed.
Click in order of Options > Privacy & Security.
The Browser Privacy panel is displayed.
Select Standard.
For Safari
Follow the procedure listed in the Safari support site to enable cookie.
