2.5.13 Name of Commands Related to Configuration Import

The name of the following commands has been changed:

16.0 or later	The configuration import command name is "esfadm devconf import". The configuration import status display command name is "esfadm devconf importstatus".
15.0 to 15.3	The configuration import command name is "esfimportdevconf". The configuration import status display command name is "esfimportdisplay".
