2.4.19 Troubleshooting Information Collection Command Name and Path Name

The name and path name of the troubleshooting information collection command for the AdvancedCopy Manager's manager have been changed.

*1: The installDir is "Program Directory" specified at the ETERNUS SF Manager installation.
*2: The installDir is "Program Directory" specified at the AdvancedCopy Manager's manager installation.
