Operation of Express is supported by the following operating system:

The following features can be used with the ETERNUS DX60 S3.

Express can use the following functions added for the ETERNUS DX100 S3/DX200 S3, ETERNUS DX200F.
Deduplication and compression of data on a virtual volume (ETERNUS DX100 S3 excluded)
Using Extreme Cache Pool
Configuring the bandwidth of the REC path
Allocating a physical area of the entire volume area when creating a Thin Provisioning volume or FTV
Using RAID6-FR in Thin Provisioning pools and Tier pools

To use the above functions, V10L30 or later firmware is required for a target storage device.
The NAS management function supports the following functions to use the DX100 S3/DX200 S3 as a NAS device.
Antivirus function
Strengthening of the security function for CIFS shared folders

The performance management function for NAS volumes and NAS systems can be used with the ETERNUS DX100 S3/DX200 S3.

Information
The threshold monitoring is not supported.
The operation that specifies the entire range of volumes when starting a performance management is improved. When a volume is found to have been created or removed, the volume is included as a target for performance management.
