To enhance the security, among the communication protocols used to connect to the Management Server from a browser, TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 are disabled by default.

To run Express, Storage Cruiser, or AdvancedCopy Manager on Microsoft Windows Server 2022, Program Urgent Fix may need to be applied to the software.
To run Express
The Program Urgent Fix for enabling the use of Express on Microsoft Windows Server 2022 must be applied to the manager program.
To run Storage Cruiser
The Program Urgent Fix for enabling the use of Storage Cruiser on Microsoft Windows Server 2022 must be applied to the manager program.
No Program Urgent Fix needs to be applied to the Storage Cruiser's agent.
To run AdvancedCopy Manager
For Agent-based operating models, the Program Urgent Fix for enabling the use of AdvancedCopy Manager on Microsoft Windows Server 2022 must be applied to the manager program. No Program Urgent Fix needs to be applied to the AdvancedCopy Manager's agent.
For Agent-less operating models, the Program Urgent Fix does not need to be applied to AdvancedCopy Manager Copy Control Module.

If a Microsoft Windows Server 2022 server is installed with the Storage Cruiser's agent and/or AdvancedCopy Manager's agent is registered to the software, the following character strings are displayed as the OS name of the server information on Web Console.
Servers with Storage Cruiser's agent only: "Windows Server 2019"
Servers with AdvancedCopy Manager's agent only: "Windows"
Servers with Storage Cruiser's agent and AdvancedCopy Manager's agent: "Windows Server 2019"
When the server information of the Management Server and Managed Server, which are running Microsoft Windows Server 2022, is displayed by executing the "stgxfwcmdispsrv" command of AdvancedCopy Manager, "Windows Server" is displayed in the OS-Type column.
