The following describes the procedure for swapping or restarting HUBs in the Fast switching mode and the GS linkage mode.
Disconnect the route of the HUB to be swapped or restarted.
# /opt/FJSVhanet/usr/sbin/hanetnic delete -n shaX -i ethX |
Swap or restart the HUB
Make sure that HUB3 is working correctly.
Execute a command such as the ip command to check the link up status of the physical interface (ethX). If the link up is completed, "LOWER_UP" is displayed when using the ip command.
Reconnect the route of the HUB that was swapped or restarted.
