In this configuration, there are multiple standby nodes for a single active node.
This configuration is available only in PRIMECLUSTER.
The following figure shows a cascading node configuration with two standby nodes.
Node A is the active node, and Node B and Node C are the standby nodes. When all nodes are operating normally, Node B is on standby in case error occurs with Node A, in which case Node B becomes the active node and Node C is on standby in case error occurs with Node B.

After jobs have been taken over by the standby node when the active node fails, a redundant configuration for jobs can still be sustained by the remaining nodes, thereby ensuring availability even during maintenance.
