Points to check
Is the startup mode of the job process trace mode (*1), and does either of the following apply?
A 64-bit application job was executed from a Windows x86 version Systemwalker Operation Manager.
A 32-bit application job was executed from a Windows x64 version Systemwalker Operation Manager.

Enable job object mode is not selected in the Options tab of the Define Operating Information window.
Cause
If a job is executed in a trace mode with either of the following combination, the job may end abnormally.
A 64-bit application job was executed from a Windows x86 version Systemwalker Operation Manager.
A 32-bit application job was executed from a Windows x64 version Systemwalker Operation Manager.
Action method
Change the startup mode of the job process to the job object mode.
How to set the job object mode
Select Enable job object mode in the Options tab of the Define Operating Information window, and click OK.
Restart Systemwalker Operation Manager.
