Points to check

Are there too many users or groups visible to the Systemwalker Operation Manager server you are connecting to?

Cause

If there are too many users or groups visible to the Systemwalker Operation Manager server to which you are connected, the window will become unresponsive or this message will be output.

Action method

Use the following methods to reduce the number of users and groups that are visible to the Systemwalker Operation Manager server to which you are connected.

When the destination Systemwalker Operation Manager server environment is joined to an Active Directory domain.

Delete unnecessary users and groups on the domain controller in the Active Directory to which you are joining.

When you are using an LDAP client in the Systemwalker Operation Manager server environment to which you are connecting.

Review the search base DN, scope, and filter criteria for the LDAP client configuration to limit the scope of users and groups.

For information about how to change the configuration, refer to the documentation for your LDAP client.

If you are unable to reduce the number of users or groups that can be referenced, run the mpsetacl command on the Systemwalker Operation Manager server to which you are connected to set access rights for the project. For more information about the mpsetacl command, refer to the "Systemwalker Operation Manager Reference Guide".
