Did you install .NET Framework after installing a client?
Cause
After a client is installed, .NET Framework is installed.
Action method
Manually configure the settings that are normally set automatically when the client is installed.
Specifically, execute the following command from the command prompt with administrator privileges after the .NET Framework has been installed:
