This message is output when the Systemwalker Operation Manager service starts up in environments where IPv6 is disabled in the settings of the operating system.
Action method
This issue does not affect environments that do not use IPv6 (environments using IPv4), so no action is required in such environments.
To use IPv6, enable the IPv6 environment.
