2.2.11 A java.exe Process Error is Displayed during Check of the Process Running Status [Windows Versions]

The action to be taken if a java.exe process error occurs is as follows.

Error message

If an error occurs for a java.exe process, the following kind of message is displayed in the execution result of the command for displaying the process running status.

>>>>> ERROR:Process NOT Found!! : java.exe

• Windows versions: V13.7.0 or later

Are you using the Web Console function or the Web API function [V17.0.0 or later]?

Action method

If the Web Console function or the Web API function [V17.0.0 or later] is not being used, execute mpowebsetup (Web server setup command) to remove setup of the Web server.

If the Web Console function or the Web API function [V17.0.0 or later] is being used, check the other action methods.
