The following describes cautions when operating Systemwalker Operation Manager on Windows Server.
When using this software product on domain user, operations invalidating NetBIOS over TCP/IP cannot be performed.
If the setting has been changed, enable [Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP] using the procedure described in the "Notes After Installation" section of the Systemwalker Operation Manager Installation Guide.
You cannot control project access using the user principal name.
When controlling project access with the domain user, the user must be registered under the domain's Users object.
Also in Windows Server 2008, if the domain functional level is registered in the domain controller as "Windows 2000 native", "Windows Server 2003", or "Windows Server 2008", the user's User logon name (pre-Windows 2000) should match the Display name.
