This section explains standard error output messages when the cfrestore command is executed, in the alphabetical order.
Content:
One or more invalid arguments were used to the cfrestore command.
Corrective action:
Specify using the correct command syntax, which is:
cfrestore [-test] [-f] [p] [-y] [-M] [n]
It can be used by plug-in developers. It will cause the $CCBROOT tree to remain after a successful run (it is usually deleted). Also, the cpio step will restore all saved files to /tmp/ccbr instead of / ---, which gives plug-in developers a chance to check results without actually executing the command.
The FORCE mode option always ignores any detected critical errors and restores an archive file.
In the PASS mode option, the tree extracted from the compressed archive can be specified.
When confirmation is requested by the cfrestore command, "yes" is always returned.
The multi-user mode also restores an archive file. Do not use this option.
This option specifies the backup/restore generation number to be use.
