7.3 Icon Types and Object Status

GFS Management View uses icons to show object types and status.

The status and icons are shown below.

  1. Node

  2. Adapter

  3. File system (sfcfs)

    Icon

    Status

    Meaning

    (Green)

    Normal

    The file system is working normally on all nodes.

    (Yellow)

    Alarm

    The usage rate of the file system exceeds the threshold or an error occurred at another node.

    (Red)

    Abnormal

    An error occurred in the local node.

    (Blue)

    In transition

    The file system is in mounted or unmounted.

    (Light brown)

    Inactive

    The file system is in unmounted.

  4. File system (ext2, ext3, etc.)

Note

File system status

The GFS Shared File System (file system type: sfcfs) is displayed as normal until it is accessed, and then the abnormality is detected. Even if the file system is unmounted, the icon shows the status.
When the file system type is ext2, ext3, etc., the status is not shown under an unmounted status.
