原因

CSが再起動中です。

対処

しばらくしてから再実行してください。

原因

ソフトウェア辞書の更新処理中です。ソフトウェア適用コマンド(AtoolETPGT.exe)が実行中、または、サポートセンターからソフトウェア辞書をダウンロード中です。

対処

ソフトウェア適用コマンド(AtoolETPGT.exe)が終了後、または、しばらく待ってから、再実行してください。

Failed to connect to the CS server. Please confirm whether the CS server has been started and whether there are any problems in the network environment, then execute again later.

原因

CSへの接続に失敗しました。

対処

サービス「ITBudgetMGR(INV)」が起動しているか、ネットワーク環境に問題がないかを確認した後、再度実行してください。

CS内で処理続行不能なエラーが発生しました。

対処

サポート窓口へ連絡してください。

ソフトウェア辞書グループ名に指定した文字列が全角30文字、半角60文字を超えています。

対処

ソフトウェア辞書グループ名には全角30文字、半角60文字以内で指定してください。

原因

SAMACのソフトウェア辞書の読み取りに失敗しました。

対処
