6.1 Operation may not Complete due to Rebooting of a VM Host (Admin OS) or Communication Failure. [Xen] [KVM]

Description

When a VM host (admin OS) is rebooted using reboot or panic, or when communication failure occurs between the manager of Resource Orchestrator and a VM host, the following operations may not be completed:

  • Creating and deleting of an L-Server
  • Moving of an L-Server between servers (migration)
  • Collecting of cloning images

Corrective Action

Restart the Resource Orchestrator manager.
