9.6 When a Tenant Administrator or a Tenant User Tries to Refer to Template Information to Subscribe to an L-Platform, the Message "Because there are no available pools for some servers, this template is not available. Please contact your system administrator." is Output

Cause

The L-Platform template that you chose may include the image information for which no VM pools or server pools are available.

If resource tags are set to image information, the only VM pools or server pools available are those whose comment field contains the character string specified as the resource tags.

Corrective Action

Confirm the image information used in the L-Platform template that you chose and set the image information appropriately in the [Image] tab of the [L-Platform Template] window.

Note that, to edit the image information, all L-Platform templates using it must be hidden.
