11.3 When the Power Supply of the Admin Server Is Unexpectedly Stopped, the Dashboard Window Is not Displayed even after Restarting

A message like the one below is displayed on the dashboard window, and the dashboard window may not be displayed properly.

BDSH3010:The Analytics server is not started. Please start the Analytics server.

Cause

A file necessary for operation of the dashboard function may have been damaged.

Corrective Action

Use backed up data to restore the admin server.
