Description
The cloning image cannot be registered with the VM software. The VM files of the cloning images are stored on the virtual storage vstorage1, vstorage2, .... Registration failed because no VM host connected to all virtual storage units can be found.
When this message occurs during DR switchover of virtual L-Servers (VM guests), it is possible that the batch command for switchover was executed without virtual storage mounted on VM hosts.
Corrective Action
Check if the virtual storage displayed in the message has been connected to a VM host which satisfies all of the following conditions:
Power is ON
Monitoring status is normal
Maintenance mode is not set
VM maintenance mode has not been set for the server virtualization software
Modify the settings of the VM host to satisfy these conditions, or connect the virtual storage to a VM host which satisfies these conditions.
When this message occurs during DR switchover of virtual L-Servers (VM guests), mount virtual storage on VM hosts as given in the DR switchover procedure, and then execute the batch command for switchover again.
